If you plan to stay at El Capitan Canyon with us but haven’t yet booked your accommodations, there is still availability!  However, when you call 866-352-2729 to reserve your cabin, you should ask to speak with the SALES department.  Tell them that you are booking a room for the Nissenson/Kuczenski Wedding so that you are sure to get our special group rate.  If you have any problems, ask to speak directly with our sales contact, Terry Illiano.

Hi all!  A friendly but firm nudge: if you plan to stay at El Capitan Canyon Resort but haven’t booked yet, we STRONGLY recommend that you make your reservation before OCTOBER 13*.  On the 13th, the resort will release all of the unbooked rooms in our room block, making them available to other vacationers for the weekend.  If you have any questions or concerns about the time frame, please let us know so that we can help!  If you have already booked your room at El Capitan Canyon Resort, you are all set– see you in November!

* Sarah Birken, in honor of your birthday, we have arranged for the release of all unbooked rooms in our block.  Happy Birthday!!!

The invitations have been mailed and should be arriving in mailboxes sometime this week. We ask that you kindly RSVP by October 10, which is 2 weeks or so away. If you received a save-the-date but no invitation, and it’s getting on toward October 10, let us know.  If you’re staying at the resort, please request a room in the ‘Nissenson / Kuczenski’ block by October 13 to receive our discounted rates.

If you’d like to share a room with other guests, please indicate so on the response cards.  There are a number of 4-bunk cabins and 2-room suites available.

We’ve also added some information to the registry page, by popular demand.  That will continue to evolve over the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
